Cancellation & Refund Conditions

Important 1: You can request a refund by sending us the products (in parts or whole) that you have purchased on, provided that they have not been used within thirty (30) days from the date of your order. No transactions are made from our stores for online shopping.

Important 2: If you purchase Giolucci and Pier carlino products through,,, you are subject to the return / exchange and shipping terms of the relevant website. The following redirects are only valid for orders (!)

How Do I Cancel or Refund?

1. Make an Online Request From Your Membership Account

For your order cancellation / return requests, we kindly ask you to create an online request from the My Account / Refund Requests field by signing in. Thus, we can complete your transactions faster.
If you are not a member, you must send the product to us together with your invoice so that we can start your return process.

2.Prepare the package, including your invoice.

Fill out the return & exchange section at the bottom of your invoice and securely pack your invoice and the products in their original packaging. If you cannot find your invoice, you can reach your e-archive invoice from your e-mail address or you can get 24/7 support from our customer service at 0542 414 43 02.

3. Call ARAS Cargo to request a free purchase from your address or deliver it to ARAS Cargo Branch.

We do not have an exchange process. Only returns are processed.

Order cancellation

Due to consumer rights, you can use your right to withdraw from your order before your order is delivered to cargo. For this, you must open an 'Order Cancellation' request from the My Account / My Returns Request field before you are notified that your order has been delivered to cargo, or inform us about your order or product you want to cancel to [email protected] If your order has been delivered to cargo, you can use your right of return within thirty (30) days as per consumer protection law.

Pay back

The amount of your product, whose return is approved, will be transferred to your account or credit card within seven (7) business days and you will be informed via your e-mail registered in the system. Due to COVID-19 in the world and country agenda, delays may occur in banks due to the remote working system, and the bank you work with is responsible for delays related to your return transactions.
